She will guide you through some guided imagery, relaxing you even more. During this time, you are fully in control of your actions, but accepting the positive suggestions you create together.

Each session is recorded onto a CD and sent home with you for reinforcement. This is a very important part of being successful using hypnosis – repetition, telling the brain over and over exactly what it is that you want it to do. The CD gives you the daily support you need.
